40% Release Emulsion

ICM 616 is a 40% active nonionic silicone emulsion of amino functional dimethyl polysiloxane
fluid.

This product is easily diluted with water, demonstrates excellent dilution stability at very low
concentrations and is chemically inert.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance @ 25 °C --White creamy liquid

pH (as is) @ 20 °C ------------------- 7.5

% Silicone Fluid -------------------- 40

Specific Gravity @ 25 °C ------ 0.995

APPLICATIONS:

  • Release aid
    (rubber, metal, plastics)

  • Powder treatment

  • Extrusion lubricant

  • Textile lubricant

  • Vinyl Cleaner
