ICM DF 2 is a ready to use 100 % active organic defoamer. 
It contains no water or organic oils to cut the activity. 

It is a low foaming, fast penetrating system that demonstrates excellent stability to salts,
pH change and temperature.

The principle market of use for ICM DF 2 is in fermentation and distillation.

Appearance @ 25 °C -- Clear to slightly hazy liquid

Specific gravity @ 25 °C -------------------- 1.002

pH (5% aq.) @ 20 °C --------------------------- 7.0

Flash Point (PMCC) °F ---------------------- >250

Viscosity @ 25 °C, CPS ----------------------- 400

APPLICATIONS:

Defoamer for numerous
applications, including:

  • Fermentation
  • Distillation
  • Paper processing
  • Latex and adhesives
  • Effluent processing

The recommended dosage is to start testing at 1000 PPM and increase/decrease as
performance requirements demand.

ICM DF 2 is available in 40 pounds net pails and 450 pound net drums.
