ICM P.S. 60

ICM P.S. 60 is a 60% active silicone emulsion of a complex blend of dimethyl polysiloxane fluids.
This product is easily diluted with water, demonstrates excellent dilution stability at very low
concentrations and is chemically inert.

ICM P.S. 60 may be formulated with either a cationic or an anionic system since it is made with
nonionic emulsifiers.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES:

Appearance @25°-- White creamy liquid

Specific gravity @25°C -------------- 0.992

pH (as is) @20°C ------------------------- 7.5

% Silicone Fluid ------------------------ 60

APPLICATIONS:

  • Printing release agents.
  • Release aid for molding
  • Powder treatment
  • Vinyl cleaners
  • Polish formulations
  • Textile lubricant
  • Foundry release
  • Extrusion, laminating and casting a variety of materials such as rubber, plastics and metals. 


ICM P.S. 60 is available in 40 pounds net pails and 440 pound net drums.
